pay-per-visit patient Registration

Pay-Per-Visit services are available at both the Rhinelander and Merrill locations. PPV patients can be seen at either clinic location.

There is no online registration for our Pay-Per-Visit option. Simply call our office to make an appointment and we can finalize registration at the time of your first visit.

Medicare Patient Registration

Medicare patient services are available at both the Rhinelander and Merrill locations. Medicare patients can be seen at either clinic location.
