Pay Using Insurance Option

Choosing this option means that our insurance based medical practice, Priority Medical Partners, SC ("PMP"), will submit charges to your insurance company for the routine primary care services rendered to you by your physician.

The Pay Using Insurance option is typically for:
1.  Commercially insured patients with very low deductibles.
2. Patients who are Medicare enrolled also participate using this option.

Commercial Insurance
Priority Medical Partners, SC participates within the Aspirus Network.  Please click here to visit the Aspirus Network Page and to view a list of participating payers.  If your insurance is listed then our practice is considered in-network. We still recommend that patients check with their health plans in advance to confirm that we are listed as being in their network.  If we are not listed by your insurance as being in-network (but the Aspirus Network site says we are in network) please call our office so we can correct the problem.  All insurance visits will be subjected to insurance rules and charges including any necessary paperwork and co-pays if indicated.

If you are a patient who would like to receive care from us but your insurance is out of network then we recommend you consider either the Pay-Per-Visit or Direct Primary Care Membership options, both of which can save you money.

Priority Medical Partners, SC accepts Medicare.  Visits will be subjected to Medicare rules and charges including any necessary paperwork and co-pays if indicated.

Priority Medical Partners, SC does not participate in Medicaid.
